Six Months
This month you have grown by leaps and bounds. Everyday brings a new skill, from eating food, to sitting up, to crawling, and pulling up. Oakley, you have a very busy little body and I am so grateful to be by your side as you grow. You are a smiley baby, and you bring joy to everyone that sees your sweet gummy smile. The highlight of every single is waking up to see your bright eyes and wide grin looking back at me. There are so many memories and feelings that I want to hold on to forever. Your soft baby skin pressed against me while we take a bath and you nurse. Your beautiful eyes looking back at me. The way it feels when you finally fall asleep and your sweet little head rests on against me. These days are numbered and I refuse to take a single one for granted.
